Bangladesh Scouts-এর Rover Section (16–25) তরুণদের জন্য। আমরা Chattogram জেলায় Rovering-এর আদর্শ—Service, Adventure, Leadership—বাস্তবায়ন করি। শহরের বিভিন্ন কলেজ/বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় ও ওপেন ইউনিট মিলিয়ে Rover Scouting পরিচালিত হয়।
Basic to Advanced Rover training modules: Scoutcraft, first aid, leadership labs, and service planning.
Blood donation, tree plantation, disaster response, campus volunteering, traffic awareness drives.
Weekend hikes, orienteering, survival skills, national jamborees, water activities.

Location: Sitakunda College Ground
Citywide service project with partner NGOs.
Trail: Bhatiari – Kumira coastal belt.

Generally 16+ students and young adults. Prior scouting experience helps but is not mandatory.
Nominal membership and activity costs may apply per unit/event.
